LASAGNA
One of the many things I really enjoy it’s cooking for me, my family and girlfriend. So my favorite meal to cook is Lasagna, because of the steps and because of the many things I can add to it. The first step, it’s to prepare the ingredients for the sauce and the meat, and I really like to mix two types of sauce, a white with mushrooms and chicken, and a tomato sauce with meat, onion, carrot and vegetables. Between the capes of lasagna, I used to use potato and eggplant slices, so the capes would be: one cape of tomato sauce, one cape of lasagna and potato or eggplant, the white mushroom sauce, and lasagna, and between every cape I add grated cheese. I’m such a fan because of the many flavors we can add to all of the capes, like chicken, vegetables and cream. I tried to steam cook every vegetable, and the meat I tried to not overcook it on the plank, so that it doesn’t impact my body with calories or fats.
