Me and my bike.
I started to ride my bike everyday around 2019, and now I go everywhere on my bicycle. By the time the pandemic of Covid 19, the fear of sharing a common space with other people, to get to my girlfriend’s house I started to go on my bike, that’s around eight to ten minutes at a regular speed. Now, I try every day to do a little race, either to get to my house from my girlfriend's place, or a route that takes me around an hour or more. Getting on my bike helped me a lot to quit smoking, a bad habit that I got when I was fifteen years old, that stayed with me until last year. I think of this as an achievement, because I tried many times to quit something that calmed down my anxiety, but doing so gave bad health and a very bad shape of my body. Taking care of my health and my body it’s a issue that never matters that much to me, so this is an aspect I rescue from a very bad year such as 2020.
